Visa Requirements for Business Owner

Identification Documents

  • CNIC (National ID Card) scanned colored copy

Financial Documents

  • Solo travelers need a 6-month personal bank statement (minimum balance PKR 700,000) on the bank’s letterhead, including bank details, and for families (minimum PKR 1,000,000). Avoid sudden deposits

Supporting Documents

  • Proof of Proprietorship / Partnership (In case the applicant is a Proprietor / Partner in a firm)
  • Company Registration Certificate / Certificate of Incorporation
  • Chamber of Commerce Certificate if you have a membership with the Chamber of Commerce

Original Business Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Business Name and Account No. on the Bank’s letterhead with a seal and sign of the bank officer

  • The submitted bank statement should be recent, ensuring it is within 7 days of the submission date
  • Confirmed return ticket to be submitted by the client to process Nepal visa. In case there is no confirmed ticket Yugo.pk will charge extra accordingly.
  • If you have already visited Nepal, copies of your visa and arrival/departure stamps show your most recent travel to Nepal
  • Forms of Minor applicants should be signed by both parents, including the minor’s signature or thumb impression as per the passport

Normally it takes between 21 business days to get a normal visit visa to Nepal.

How will I be notified about my Nepal visa?

Visa applicants will be notified through email to visit the Embassy on work-days (Monday to Friday) from 9.30 am to12.30 pm with their original passport, a printed copy of the confirmation slip, sponsorship letter/bank statement and a copy of hotel booking and other relevant documents, if any. Applicants will be advised the date and time of passport collection while submitting the original passport for visa. Applicant concerned should collect his/her passport with visa in person from the Embassy. The processing time varies and depends on your documents. We advise you to apply well in time.

How much is a visa for Nepal?
